WAYFARE

Long-form travel writing from thirty correspondents, published every Thursday.

Yellow trams on a cobbled street in Lisbon's old town.

About Wayfare

Slow travel, written slowly

Wayfare is a small newsroom for people who would rather take the night train than the early flight. We publish one long story a week: reported on the ground, photographed on film where we can, and edited without a word count to hit.

No sponsored itineraries, no top-ten lists. If a place is in these pages, one of us went, paid our own way, and would go back.
